Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one. It keeps your downloads in one place, so you can get them again any time from your account.
How much do the files cost?
Most designs are sold one at a time, from $2.49, and come with the license to sell your prints. Our membership, $9.99 a month, includes every new design we release, two older designs of your choice when you join, and 40% off the rest. See the membership
Where do I find my downloads?
Sign in and open Downloads in your account. Every model you have downloaded is there to get again. Open your downloads

What do I get in the download?
One ZIP file with the print files, a START HERE guide that walks you through printing and putting it together, and the license.
Do the lantern panels come with the lantern?
No. A set of lantern panels is the four scenes only. The lantern itself is the Modular Lantern Frame: buy it on its own, or pick panels + lantern frame when you buy a set. See the Modular Lantern Frame
Printing
Do I need a Bambu Lab printer?
No. The STL files work in any slicer and on any FDM printer. Many designs also include a 3MF project set up for Bambu Lab printers, which opens with the settings already done.
What's the difference between STL and 3MF?
An STL is only the shape. A 3MF can also carry the plate layout, colors and print settings, so it opens ready to print. Read 3MF vs STL
Do I need an AMS or a multicolor printer?
Only for designs with more than one color in the same layer, like the two-color bat earrings. Each model page says how many colors it needs and whether a single filament change works.
Which filament should I use?
PLA, unless the model page says otherwise. The page lists the colors to load.
My print failed. What now?
Check that you used the file at 100% scale, in the orientation it came in, and with the settings on the model page. Still stuck? Tell us on the support page, with a photo if you can. Go to the support page
Selling your prints
Can I sell what I print?
Yes. Every download includes a license to sell the physical prints you make, with no royalty and no limit on how many. Read the license
Can I sell or share the files?
No. The license covers prints, not files. Please don't share, upload or sell them, changed or not. Send people the model's page instead.
Can I use your photos in my listings?
No. Take photos of your own prints. Buyers trust real photos more anyway, and they show exactly what they'll get.
Do I need to credit 3MF Labs?
No. Just don't present the design as your own original work.
