01About
A chunky cartoon tabby about 18 cm (7 in) long and 6 cm tall: a big round head with a happy closed-eye smile, rounded ears, four stubby paws, a body that bends gently side to side and a long tail of eight sections that wiggles farther. A darker stripe runs across the top of every section. The joints are hidden inside, so it looks like one smooth cat.
It prints in place, standing on its paws, already joined, so there's nothing to put together and no glue. It fits a 256 x 256 mm plate.
The two-color 3MF puts the darker stripe tops on for you and needs an AMS. No AMS? Print the STL in one orange: the stripes are raised and the face is engraved, so they still show.
It comes as a Bambu Studio project for a P2S and as STL. The license lets you sell the cats you make.

02How to print
Open the 3MF in Bambu Studio
Open it as a project (File, then Open Project). The printer, plate and settings are already saved, so there's nothing to set up. Printing on another brand? Use the STL files with the settings below.
Load your filament
You need two colors:
- BodyOrange
- Stripe topsDark orange
Print
Print the cat standing on its paws at 100% scale. It comes off the plate in one piece, already joined.
The stripe tops are only a few layers at each height, so the two-color 3MF needs an AMS. Without one, print the STL in one orange: the raised stripes and the engraved face still show. Keep the scale at 100% (shrinking it closes up the joints), leave every section where it is, and keep bridge cooling on.

04Getting it moving
Print it
Print the 3MF or the STL once, at 100% scale, standing as supplied. Watch the first layer under the paws, belly and tail.
Let it cool
Let the plate cool completely, then flex it gently. Support the cat along its length as you lift it: don't lift it by the tail.
Loosen the joints
Hold two neighboring sections and wiggle them gently side to side. Work along the body and down the tail until every joint moves.
Clean it up
Pick off any loose strings without cutting into the joints. No glue needed.
These are sideways hinges, not rubber: the head and front paws move as one piece, the body bends gently and the tail a little farther. Don't pull the sections apart, twist them upward or force a stuck joint. Keep PLA away from heat, and keep small or broken parts away from young children and pets.
