01About

Four Halloween tops that are made to spin. The Pumpkin Stack is three heirloom pumpkins in orange, cream and sage green with a brown stem to twist. The Witch Hat carries its weight in a wide round brim for long, steady spins. The Candy Corn is a cone in yellow, orange and white. The Eyeball rests on its eye: spin it hard and it flips over onto its red stem and stares straight up at you.

Each top is one solid piece with nothing to put together: no strings, launchers, glue or extra parts. Roll the stem between thumb and finger, let go upright, and spin it on any smooth, hard table.

The colors change only by height, so each top prints on an AMS, with a pause to swap spools, or in one color. The tops print solid for even balance, with supports, which the files have set up.

The 3MF projects are set up for a Bambu Lab P2S, and the STLs print on any printer. Great as party favors, treat-bag fillers or desk toys, and the license lets you sell the tops you make.

  1. Open the 3MF in Bambu Studio

    Open it as a project (File, then Open Project). The printer, plate and settings are already saved, so there's nothing to set up. Printing on another brand? Use the STL files with the settings below.

  2. Load your filament

    You need four colors:

    • PumpkinsOrange, cream, sage green, brown
    • Witch HatBlack with a purple band
    • Candy CornYellow, orange, white
    • EyeballWhite, red, teal, black

  3. Print

    Print each top as supplied, with the supports and brim switched on.

Keep the scale at 100%, the solid infill and the supplied orientations, or the tops lose their balance. Times are for all four on one plate in one color (one top in its colors: about 49 min to 2 h 3 min, 25 to 54 g).

Each file comes as a 3MF project and as an STL: use one or the other, not both. Files with Band in the name are color parts, not separate toys.

04Getting them ready

  1. Remove the supports

    Let the plate cool, lift the print off and peel the brim. Break the supports away gently in small pieces, holding the body, not the stem.

  2. Check the tip

    Clear any strings or crumbs from the rim and the point. Never sand or flatten the rounded tip or the Eyeball's ball and stem end.

  3. Spin

    Roll the stem between thumb and finger and let go upright on a smooth, hard, level table.

  4. Flip it

    Spin the Eyeball hard on its ball: it turns over onto its red stem and stares up at you. Try a few launches to find the right speed.

05Selling your prints

Every download comes with a license that lets you sell the physical prints you make. The full terms are in LICENSE.txt inside the ZIP.

  • Print it for yourself, family and friends, and as gifts
  • Sell physical prints, with no quantity limit or royalty
  • Change the files for your own printing, and sell prints of those too
  • Use your own photos of your prints to sell them

You can't

  • Share, upload, sell or give away the files, or remixes of them
  • Pass the files on with a print you sell
  • Claim the design as yours, or imply 3MF Labs endorses your shop
